Terms and Conditions

In other to serve you better, we have set out the terms and conditions on which we supply our services to you

Service

During the request for services process we will let you know if we will be able to provide our services to you and the applicable BLS service fees.

Fees and Payment

  • We will invoice you for the price of the services (including the price of any product(s) you may have decided to order) when we have located the products that you have requested, but before the order for the products has been placed.
  • For international clients, the price quoted  is based on current market exchange rate on the day the invoice is sent and is subject to change as circumstances may demand.
  • If you do not make any payment to us when it is due, we may end the contract for services at any time by writing to you.

Order placing

  1. All orders are subject to availability and each Retailer has their own processing times, delivery methods and prices, and returns and refund policies. We shall endeavour to notify you of such information.
  2. Once we are in receipt of your payment, items will be purchased and dispatched immediately. We will not take responsibility for any delivery delays but we will do our best to keep you in the know should we be informed of any delays.
  3. We will usually arrange for Retailers to deliver the products to our offices (and we will then send the products to you upon receipt from the relevant Retailer), but in some cases we may request that the Retailer sends the products to you directly.
  4. Non refundable Shipping and personal shopping fee are added to the total bill and we will give you a quote from a trusted delivery company with fast premium service. The delivery charge varies, depending on the weight of the parcel. An accurate quote will be given once the weight and location are confirmed.

Return and Exchange

  1. If you are not satisfied with your purchases let us know on the day you receive them. We don’t accept exchanges or refunds on discounted items but we may process the return / exchange of full priced items on behalf of clients that meet the requirements.
  2. You should carefully follow the care guidelines that come with the relevant product. You also acknowledge that for every return, exchange or repair request, Retailers reserve the right to evaluate the product before agreeing to anything. Retailers will generally offer a refund for manufacturing defects but not where an item has been damaged by a customer’s handling of it.

Responsibility

We are responsible for any loss or damage that arises from:

  1.  Inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete information provided by you
  2. We do not take responsibility for your purchases once they are delivered to the delivery address YOU specified e.g Should you ask us to deliver your items to a third party (I.e friends and family members) kindly note that we will not be liable for losses and damages caused by them so we will advice that you think carefully before sending all delivery instructions.

General terms

  • We may also refuse to accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion. We check items before sending them and keep pictures as proof of their conditions.
  • We may review these terms and conditions from time to time. By requesting services and/or products from us, you agree to comply with, and be bound by, the version of the terms and conditions notified to you (or, if no version of the terms and conditions is notified to you, the version set out on our website) at the relevant time.
